ABOUT THE SCHOOL OF ESTHER (SOE)
With the increasing participation of women in governance, societal development and marketplace activities globally, the need for female leadership development hinged on faith in God, foundational values, skill, and the ability to navigate through the corridors of power, wield positive influence all in a bid to bring about change and transformation, is not far-fetched.
The School of Esther is a course designed to equip women to discover their identity and purpose in God, their platform of influence, develop the character and key competences required to succeed, and ultimately, give them the power of effective contribution to drive change wherever they find themselves.
Program overview:
By offering modules spread through three distinct levels, effective but varying in focus and content; this course is specifically designed lay the right foundation for Enduring Success, Leadership development, Career Development and Purpose/Ministry Deployment, geared toward personal, corporate and societal transformation.
At the end of School of Esther, you will:

- Level One: Basic Certificate Program (February to April)
- Level Two: Advanced Certificate Program (June – August)
